If you receive the wrong product and it’s our mistake, contact us within 30 days (using this form, or call 1-800-737-WHAM) and we’ll ship you the right stuff.

If it’s damaged in shipping, let us know and we can either credit your payment card or ship you a replacement product.

If the sauces or seasonings are opened, unfortunately we can’t accept a return. But if you’re not satisfied in any way with our products, please contact us and let us know.

If for some reason you’ve just changed your mind and want to send unopened, unused products back – it’s up to you to pay the shipping. Call or contact us to get the return address and arrange an exchange or credit.
