A simple but flavor packed W’ham version of sauteed mushrooms for a perfect side dish for sharing with any meal.
- 1 lb mushrooms (whole or sliced)
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp W’ham Marinade
- 2 Tbsp Willingham’s Original Mild or W’ham Cajun Seasoning
Splash of full bodied red wine
Melt butter, W’ham Marinade and wine in a cast iron pan (or regular pan)
Add mushrooms and Willingham’s seasoning of choice to taste
Cook until mushrooms are tender.
If prepared in a small cast iron pan, place on table to serve or transfer a serving dish of choice.
