Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction and enjoyment of our W'ham® Seasonings and Sauces is most important to us. Please notify us within 30 days by calling in 800-737-9426 or emailing us at if you are not satisfied with your purchase from and we will do our best to resolve your situation, by replacing, providing an alternative product or a refund. Please provide your order date and order number, if you have it.

If you purchased your W'ham® product(s) from a local retailer or other online store please contact them regarding their return policy first. If they are unable to assist you please reach out to us for further assistance. We will need the retailer or site information for additional follow up by us.

Any approved refunds for products purchased on will be calculated based on the final sale price at the time of the order, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due the nature of our products we do not accept return of the physical product unless required for quality control purposes. If such need arises we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions.
