    I have tried many different seasonings over the years and the W’ham Cajun is amazing. I cook on a Kamado Joe and when I put this on wings, shotgun shells or bacon wrapped shrimp they turn out amazing. Wings don’t need anything else with this rub.

    No matter how many other seasonings I try, I always come back to the best. Whether I am grilling steaks and chops or I am smoking ribs and pork butt, Willingham’s Cajun is my go-to rub. When competing in the backyard categories of local BBQ competitions, my highest scores have always come with Cajun as my base seasoning. I can’t recommend it enough.

    Been using this stuff for years. It is a great spice I use mainly on boneless pork loin on the grill. But it is a great spice on anything. Not a lot of heat. But you get more heat the more you add. The bottle lasts us a long time.

    This is spicy version of Willingham’s seasoning-IE specifically states -CAJUN. So if you don’t like it spicy, get the regular, otherwise, this is really good. We have had it for almost a year, using it more sparingly as we could not find it in our local stores. Now that we have found it online, are using it a lot. We prefer the milder version for some things, but this is great on pork ribs. We have tried several different rubs and seasonings, but this is just enough spice to make it hot, but very flavorful.For some reason, this does not “cake up” in the container the way the milder version does. It is really not an issue though as a quick run though it with a fork solves that minor problem. We love them both.
