Hands down go for the Original Mild or Cajun for your chicken and turkey. Don’t be shy and rub a few tablespoons on a half chicken, let it sit for a few hours in the fridge then slow smoke it at 250 degrees or pop on the grill over indirect heat. Got some skinless/boneless meat to cook up? Take a couple of tablespoons of Marinade and massage in and let rest for an hour. Then bake, grill or pan cook.
