By far the best dry rub I have ever used. I have had A5 prepared by Iron Chefs in NYC to world famous chefs in almost every major city in the USA all the way down to camp houses in the Texas Hill country and none are as good as simply rubbing this seasoning on and throwing it on your grill. I have successfully used it on beef, chicken, and vegetables and I have yet to have anything other than raving reviews and in the process creating new wham customers. I found this approximately 30 plus years ago in a little meat market in Marion Alabama were they preseason’d their steaks with it. Took a while because they were very secretive but finally they told us what type of seasoning it was. Then a year or so later they started offering it for sale. You will not be dissatisfied and instantly gain clout as the steak/grill man of your world.

We were leaving for the lake over the summer and my son asked me if I packed the W’ham seasoning! We don’t travel without it anymore. We’ve taken this all over Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee and will continue to pack it when we go. It’s great on ribs, chicken and vegetables. Every once in a while I will put a different rub on chicken breasts and ask my sons which one was the best, they always point to the ones that have W’ham seasoning on them. I guess the experiments are over – makes it easier for me. Thanks for making such great tasting quality products,

I’ve been using Wham Mild since 1988. I’ve made a sauce with it which has never failed to please, astonish might even be the best word. I’ve used my sauce on steaks (the original reason for it), grilled chicken, pork chops, pork loin. I’ve been told it is also great on lamb. One friend, a vegan, asked for a taste of a filet with my sauce, and thereafter would partake of a filet whenever she was over. She said my steak was the only meat she would eat. My sauce also makes a great vinaigrette dressing. And most nights before bed, I will have a hard boiled egg coated with Wham Mild. Wow. Also try it on deviled eggs.
